• Family room: north-facing, for 2 Adults (and 1-2 Children up to 14 Years; or 3 Adults)
• Sun room: south-facing, 2 Adults (and 1 Child up to 14 Years)
• Children's and youth room: North-facing Room for 2 Children or Teenagers, this Price is valid up to 18 Years
• Single room: North-facing Room for 1 Person

Prices are calculated for half-board, per person and per day

• Location tax of 2.60 € per person/day charged extra
• Bed & breakfast reduction per person/day: 23.00 €
• Short-stay surcharge for 1 - 2 days 10.00 € per person/day

Children's reduced rate for the 3rd and 4th bed in the parents' bedroom:

• 0 - 5 years free
• 6 - 12 years - 60 %

For cancellation, the following conditions apply:

• free until 14 days before arrival
• 13 days or fewer before arrival 80 % of the total arrange price as cancellation fee
• In case of early departure, 80 % of the remaining price will be charged
• cancellations are only valid in writing
