For cancellation, the following conditions apply
- free until 28 days before arrival
- 27 to 10 days before arrival 40 % of the total arranged price as cancellation fee
- 9 days or fewer before arrival 80 % of the total arrange price as cancellation fee
- In case of early departure, 80 % of the remaining price will be charged
- cancellations are only valid in writing

Ski pass
Since we only act as intermediary for the ski pass, there is no possibility for us to refund the cost in case of an early departure (for whatever reason).
Additional information
If the guest does not arrive by 18.00 on the arranged arrival day, there is no accommodation obligation - unless the late arrival has been arranged beforehand.
If the guest has paid a deposit, the rooms stay reserved until 12.00 the following day.
